During our careers, four of us have run our own businesses and we've all worked for and with a wide range of organisations - a few are shown here. Our experience spans creative agencies, private and public sector enterprise organisations, SMEs, micro-businesses and multi-national companies.

This is the way to get the most value from us. Partnership means regular dialogue, so we nurture instinctive two-way understanding and so we're on hand early, when small inputs from senior thinkers can have a big impact. This isn't about more meetings, it’s about better timing - ensuring that we don't miss the opportunities for us to make the most difference for you.

Partnership is scalable, starting at £450 + VAT per month (one month's notice either side) for 3 hours of our brains.  

Connect (1 hour) - an open, informal conversation about your current challenges, priorities and opportunities.

Think (1.5 hours) – we review our conversation and any key materials (e.g. insight, competitor activity etc) and use our bmc blueprint to map strategic creative solutions to your situation. 

Progress (0.5 hour) - we report back, discuss and agree next steps. 

Partnership ensures that you avoid wasting significant time and money circling round without evidence-based ideas while issues are escalating. It can take the tough stuff off your to-do list and get difficult projects kickstarted. It means we can do what we do best, when we need to do it, to amplify your expertise, empower business breakthroughs and make your life easier and happier.

#6  Zero upfront  

For businesses in serious trouble - no budget, no time, no clue what to try next . . . We very occasionally take on high-risk, high-reward partnerships where you pay nothing until we hit agreed performance targets. Then we take a pre-agreed share of net profit (typically 10–20%) for a fixed period (usually 12-24 months). If you’re on the edge and still believe your business can be brilliant, talk to us - we might just believe in it too.

#7  Fee waived 

For charities or not-for-profits doing something amazing, but struggling to stay afloat . . . We take on one pro bono project at a time, where you incur only essential, agreed third-party costs. This could be a brand refresh, a campaign concept, a storytelling or social media strategy, a team workshop, even a new website . . . All we ask is that your cause is clear, your team is committed, and that you’re open to bold ideas. If that sounds like you, get in touch.
